GBB is a Spur Gear Drive for DC Motors with 0.5Nm Gear Torque and 35 mm diameter. It can combined with various types of motors. The gearhead is a spur reduction gearhead with a 33mm OD & OFF center shaft meant specially for DC motors with diameters up to 33 mm. It is possible to mount 2 series synchronous and stepper motors. It is also possible to mount 3 series motors on special request only. It has a possibility of 2 to 8-stage reduction with the initial stages being poly-acetal gears & final stages will be steel sintered. 

All bearings are permanently lubricated &  therefore require no maintenance. The motor is attached to the gearbox employing screws.  The nominal torque rating for this gearhead is 0.5 Nm with a peak torque range of up to 0.8 Nm. This gear head is been categorized into 3 different housing sizes as per gear reduction for the 4, 6 &  8 stages. This gearbox can combined with Synchronous Motors and PM Stepper Motors as per requrement.
