Description
GBL is a Small Gear Reducer with 0.5Nm Gear Torque. It can combined with various types of motors. Gearhead series GBL (GBLa & GBLc) has 2 gearheads in a rectangular frame. They are designed to cater to small loads in a small frame.GBLa has a further option to mount a potentiometer in addition to the motor with diameters of 36 mm. Both gearheads have multi-step thick metal gears at the output with the possibility of using poly acetal gear in the first stages to dampen the noise.
The gears rotate on steel spindles that are polished to a mirror finish & introduced between metal plates. There is a plastic frame in GBLa. All bearings are permanently lubricated & therefore require no maintenance. The motor is attached to the gearbox using screws. This gearbox can combined with Synchronous Motors, PM Stepper Motors, and DC Geared Motors as per requirement.
