Applications

Instrumentation, diamond machinery, peristaltic pumps, motorized displays, programming devices, cam timers, medical equipment, valves, and actuators.

Description

GBL is a compact gear reducer with 0.5Nm gear torque, gear ratios from 77.88 to 150.15, and 36.5 x 60 x 11 mm diameter. It comes in two variants, GBL and GBLc, both housed in a rectangular frame designed for small loads.

GBL offers the option to mount a potentiometer alongside a 36mm motor. Featuring multi-step thick metal gears at the output, with the possibility of using polyacetal gears in the initial stages for noise reduction. Gears rotate on polished steel spindles between metal plates.

Ideal for motorized displays, programming devices, and cam timers, it can combine with Synchronous motors, PM stepper motors, and DC-geared motors for efficient performance.
