Description

GB42P is a 42mm Planetary Gearbox with 3Nm to 15Nm Gear Torque and up to 938.85 Gear Ratio. It can combined with various types of motors. It is specially designed to cater to space-constrained applications with high torque in a cylindrical frame with a center shaft. This is a planetary gearbox with the possibility of polyacetal gears in the first stage (for low noise) and the remaining stages being powder metal or hardened metal (on special request). The output bearing is robust and is made of sintered bronze (ball bearing on special request).

The entire gearhead is permanently lubricated and therefore requires no maintenance. Brushed and Brushless DC Motors up to 52mm diameter are generally mounted on this gearhead to provide a compact and yet powerful drive. This gearbox can combined with BLDC Motors as per requirement.
