Description
GB24s is a 6-Stage Reduction Gear with 0.8Nm Gear Torque. It can combined with various types of motors. It is a spur reduction gearhead with a 24mm OD & center shaft meant specially for DC motors with diameters up to 28 mm. It has a possibility of 2 to 6-stage reduction with the initial stages being poly-acetal gears & final stages will be Metal gears .final stages will be Metal gears.
All bearings are permanently lubricated & therefore require no maintenance. The motor is attached to the gearbox using screws. The nominal torque rating for this gearhead is 1 Nm with peak torque range up to 2 Nm. This gear head is been categorized in 3 different housing sizes as per gear reduction for the 5, 7 & 9 stages. This gearbox can combined with Synchronous Motors, BLDC Motors, PM Stepper Motors, and DC Geared Motors as per requirement.
