Description
GB22p is a Small Planetary Gearbox with 0.2Nm to 1Nm Gear torque and 938.85 Gear Ratio. It can combined with various types of motors. Gearhead GB22P is specially designed to cater to precise and compact applications in a cylindrical frame with a center shaft. This is a planetary gearbox with the possibility of polyacetal gears in the first stage (for low noise) and the remaining stages being sintered metal or hardened metal (on special request). The output bearing is robust and is made of sintered bronze (ball bearing on special request).
The entire gearhead is permanently lubricated and therefore requires no maintenance. Brushed and Brushless DC Motors up to 24mm in diameter are generally mounted on this gearhead to provide a compact yet powerful drive. These gearboxes can combined with BLDC Motors as per requirement.
