Description

GB32P is a 32mm Planetary Gear with 0.5Nm to 4Nm Gear Torque and up to 938.85 Gear ratio. It can combined with various types of motors. It is specially designed to cater to precise and compact applications in a cylindrical frame with a center shaft. This is a planetary gearbox with the possibility of polyacetal gears in the first stage (for low noise) and the remaining stages being sintered metal or hardened metal (on special request). The output bearing is robust and is made of sintered bronze (ball bearing on special request).

The entire gearhead is permanently lubricated and therefore requires no maintenance. Brushed and Brushless DC Motors up to 36mm in diameter are generally mounted on this gearhead to provide a compact yet powerful drive. This gearbox can combined with BLDC Motors as per requirement.
