Description
GB7 is a Metal Body Spur Gear Drive with Gear Torque 5Nm Gear Torque. It can combined with various types of motors. It contains heavily loaded steel gear wheels. The spur gears rotate on fixed steel spindles which are hardened and polished to a mirror finish. The thick output shaft rotates in robust sintered bushings. All the gears are housed in a pressure die-cast housing & closed by metal plates.
All bearings are permanently lubricated and therefore require no maintenance. Economical versions with poly-acetal or sintered gears are available. This gearbox can also be combined with small to medium sizes of DC motors. Output shaft can be emerging from the rear side or both sides. This gearbox can combined with Synchronous Motors, BLDC Motors, PM Stepper Motors, and DC Geaed Motors as per requirement.
