Mechtex Precision manufactures shafts, gears, flanges and other components. 60+ machines, in-house inspection and PDIR for OEMs.

To address these issues, Mechtex has established “Mechtex Precision”, a new division for component manufacturing and machining for OEMs. We manufacture shafts, gears, splined components, flanges, rings, motor housings, and other customised precision parts using advanced machining processes.
We operate an 8,000 sq. m facility with 60+ in-house machines for various operations. Backed by Mechtex's 55+ years of manufacturing experience, we combine our industry knowledge with machining capabilities to support OEMs from rapid prototyping to recurring large orders.

Quality & Standards
At Mechtex Precision, quality is built into our manufacturing process. Through precision manufacturing, systematic inspection, and strict process monitoring, we work to verify component dimensions and quality batch after batch.
Our standard machining tolerance for components is ±0.05 mm, with ±0.03 mm available on special request, subject to component geometry and feasibility review.
Inspection & Testing
To verify manufactured components meet the customer requirements, we use specialised inspection and testing methods to evaluate dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material hardness against the application requirements. The following is a list of in-house tests:
